Daniel Hanks Jr

I’m a web developer and IT professional with broad experience across website development, content management systems, databases, accessibility, and data analysis. My work focuses on building and maintaining reliable, accessible, and user-friendly websites while also improving older systems and workflows.

Over the past several years, I’ve worked extensively with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while also expanding into Django and Wagtail for modern web application development. Accessibility is a major part of my current work, and I regularly test and update sites to meet current W3C standards.

I also bring experience in database design, software development, debugging, technical training, data science, and search systems, including Solr-based indexing and full-text search.
